28 Day Online Kick Start Program

This program is designed for women who've fallen off track with their diet and exercise during the lockdown. The mission of the 4 weeks is to kick start your results in preparation for summer, get you feeling great again and replace any bad habits with healthy ones! The online program includes tailored workouts for you complete at home or the gym you train at, and nutrition and lifestyle support. The cost is £79 and the details of what the program provides are below!

How many workouts will there be per week?We recommend 3 weight training workouts per week. As you progress through the program we can add more if required.

How long are the workouts?Each workout will take between 45-60 minutes. They include a warm up, resistance exercises, interval training and a cool down.

Can you show me technique?We have a library of demonstration videos for each exercise so you can learn the correct form. You can also fiml yourself doing an exercise so we can assess your form and provide coaching guidance.

What if I havent exercised for ages?No problem! We focus on gradually building your fitness slowly and steadily. Its important for your results that you are challenged, but not overly to begin with. Its a process!

My diet is terrible, can you help with that?Diet plays a key role in achieving results so we provide all the support we can. We'll ask you to sync My Fitness Pal with your account and complete a food diary each day so we can monitor what you eat and provide guidelines. But you must be totally honest with us on what you eat, track everything!

How do you track my results?We'll ask you to complete a fitness test, postural analysis and take your weight, measurements and pictures at the start of the program. From there we have weekly check in's on a friday morning to assess your progress each week.

What times do I train?This part is based on your current routine. We will place workouts on your schedule on set days and times to suit you. Once you've finished the workout you need to log it and save it, we do this to keep you accountable to your training!


When Does The Program Start

This is an ongoing program we recently set up during lockdown 3. New members can join any time, we will arrange a call with you to set out your training schedule for the month ahead and talk you through how to use the system.
